Ecosystem for Smart Buildings

The first application was for Giardini D’Inverso, a residential smart building in the center of Milan. The solution was designed of three digital touchpoints

• personal app for managing home automation in private spaces (blinds, lights, climate) and booking common areas (pool, spa, gym, meeting rooms).
• proprietary tablet (the house hub)
• the concierge platform for managing users, common spaces, and communications, serving as a support tool for the concierge.

Strong focus on service activities to create a product usable by a wide range of users with varying needs or access limitations.
