Six-month work experience as the only designer in charge of redesigning the new consumer app, starting from business requirements.

The app is a digital tool that allows customers to manage their insurance policies, check their insurance status, open and track claims, request roadside assistance, and access telemedicine and health reimbursement services.
It also enables users to contact their agency, find partner services such as repair shops or medical facilities, and check the insurance coverage of other vehicles in case of an accident.

New digital touchpoint

This was a digital transformation journey for the company, which until then had the physical agency as its main touchpoint with customers.

Integration of an experience that meets the user’s basic needs: viewing, managing, and renewing policies, with easy access to both informational and emergency services.

The redesign of the user interface was built step by step, sprint after sprint, moving through use cases, workflow diagrams, wireframing, and the design system.
Detailed documentation made it easy to share project knowledge with all stakeholders.
